Vision Payment Solutions, LLC (VPS) is a merchant service provider for businesses. We do not offer lending, escrow, or other intermediary services to individuals, and any representation of such may be an attempt at fraud by a third party. We have been made aware of attempts to misrepresent our marks, or marks deceptively similar to ours, and advise caution when encountering such claims.

VISION PAYMENT SOLUTIONS, LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES POSTED OR OFFERED AT UNAFFILIATED THIRD PARTY SITES.

Vision Payments is not responsible for the content on any such third party site and regards the unauthorized used of its trademarks, logos and service marks as a violation of its intellectual property rights under federal law.
